Horinouchi Clinic is staffed by home doctors and offers community-based health care for local residents.
We provide general health care services including general practice, internal medicine, orthopedics, and psychiatry.
If you need further examination or treatment by specialists, we can refer you to affiliated hospitals.

Internal medicine/General practice
We offer treatment for infectious diseases including the common cold and influenza, respiratory diseases, cardiovascular diseases, gastrointestinal diseases, neurological diseases, diabetes, allergy, and other internal diseases.
We also provide smoking cessation treatment.
For patients who cannot come to our clinic due to disabilities or terminal stage diseases, we provide home visiting medical treatment. *If you need home visiting medical treatment, please make an appointment for consultation first.
Orthopedics
We offer treatment for general orthopedic symptoms including lower back pain, knee joint pain, shoulder joint pain, and other joint pain and disorders.

We offer treatment for general psychological symptoms including depression, sleeplessness, anxiety, and other neurotic disorders.
We also provide psychological counseling therapy by a certified clinical psychologist.
Gastroenterology
(reservation only)
Gastroenterologists perform endoscopy.

- From Jul 1st to Dec 28th. Free for residents of Niiza-shi.

- Please bring your consultation ticket which was sent by the municipality and an identification card that indicates your name, address, and date of birth.
Cancer screening
(for residents of Niiza-shi, Wako-shi, Shiki-shi, and Asaka-shi)
- From May 1st to Feb 28th. Free for residents of Niiza-shi.
- Lung cancer screening (chest X-ray examination)

Immunization

- Influenza virus vaccine is available without an appointment from Oct 20th to Dec 28th (until out of stock).
- Please bring an identification card that indicates your name, address, and date of birth. Please bring your “Boshi-techo” (a maternity record book) for children under 18 years old.
