Horinouchi Clinic is staffed by home doctors and offers community-based health care for local residents.

We provide general health care services including general practice, internal medicine, orthopedics, and psychiatry.

If you need further examination or treatment by specialists, we can refer you to affiliated hospitals.

Notes:

• Please bring your Japanese health insurance card, “Okusuri-techo” (a medication record book), and a referral issued by your family doctor if required.
• Travel insurance: Please note that payment is required at the time of consultation. Patients who do not have a Japanese insurance card are required to pay a deposit fee prior to consultation.

• We only accept Japanese cash (Yen). Credit cards are not accepted.

Cancer screening
(for residents of Niiza-shi, Wako-shi, Shiki-shi, and Asaka-shi)

• From May 1st to Feb 28th. Free for residents of Niiza-shi.
• Lung cancer screening (chest X-ray examination)
• Colon cancer screening (stool examination)
• Stomach cancer screening (endoscopy) (reservation only)
• Please bring an identification card that indicates your name, address, and date of birth.

• All the following vaccines are available with an appointment.
  MR (measles, rubella), DPT-IPV (diphtheria, pertussis, tetanus, inactivated polio vaccine), DT (diphtheria, tetanus), Tetanus, Japanese encephalitis, Chickenpox, Mumps, Pneumococcus, Hib (Haemophilus influenzae type b), Hepatitis B, HPV (Human papillomavirus)
• Influenza virus vaccine is available without an appointment from Oct 20th to Dec 28th (until out of stock).
• Please bring an identification card that indicates your name, address, and date of birth. Please bring your “Boshi-techo” (a maternity record book) for children under 18 years old.
